Support: What Resources Are Available to You?

At nizeX, we want to make sure that you are aware of all of the resources that are available to you regarding support. We are constantly updating these resources so that you are able to find all of the information you need.

Train Me: Lizzy Learning Center

The Lizzy Learning Center is a library of videos that take you through certain scenarios in Lizzy step by step. It’s designed to give you a visual example of how to perform tasks in Lizzy. We recommend the Lizzy Learning Center because you can mimic what’s being done in the video, so that you can easily resolve any issues you may be experiencing. We are continually updating videos and adding videos as needed. From your Lizzy “Home” screen, click on “Train Me” in the upper right hand corner of your screen and the Lizzy Learning Center will appear. The video titles are laid out clearly, so that you can easily find the video you’re looking for.

Blog

The blog is another great resource for you to take advantage of. It’s searchable, making it simple to navigate and find the blog that you’re looking for. The blog gives you solutions to many common/frequently asked questions. The blog is laid out in a “How To” format, so that you can follow the steps that are being discussed. We often post blog entries discussing important updates that have been made to the system as well. The blog can be accessed by going to nizex.com and clicking “Blog”. You will see the “Search Box” to the right of your screen along with the various categories the blogs are listed under. The Search Box works in real time, so as you’re typing key words (such as “refund” or “invoice”) it’s searching to find blogs related to that particular topic.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is designed to give you  direct answers to your questions. A problem is presented and a step by step solution is given to resolve that particular issue. The Knowledge Base is also searchable, so that finding the entry you’re looking for is straightforward. The Knowledge Base can be accessed at nizex.com and can also be found within Lizzy under the “Contacts” tab.

Submitting a Ticket

You can also submit a ticket if you aren’t able to find the answers to your questions or have a unique issue that you need us to take a look at. The tickets are designed to address your issues one on one and to give you direct feedback regarding your concern. You can submit a ticket by clicking “Support” in the upper right hand corner of your Lizzy screen or you can submit a ticket at nizex.com by clicking “Contact Us”. Once you have submitted your ticket, please be patient with us as we review your submission.

We hope that these resources are of great assistance to you. Although live support is not available 24/7, we want to make sure that you never feel unassisted. The Train Me Center, Blog and Knowledge Base are accessible anytime, so that you always have a wealth of information at your fingertips.
